Swaying palm trees, golden beaches, a hammock at siesta time, sunset rum cocktails...these are among the many ingredients of a relaxing Caribbean holiday. Each island is a diverse mix and most islands have kept their own identities and traditions. You can enjoy Carnival in Trinidad, dance salsa in Cuba, immerse yourself in reggae in Jamaica or be initiated into the rites of voodoo in Haiti. Footprint's comprehensive and authoritative guide to the region is as essential as knowing where to find the best rum cocktail.
