I really like this book and think every one should have it! I know the internet is a wonderful place to look things up, but even so the internet can lead you astray. If there is something I don't know how to do in the kitchen, this book tells me how! I love all the photos .... I believe that a great cook book has lots of photos .... When I see my culinary experiment looking similar to the book it gives me confidence. I highly recommend it and hope you will enjoy it too! 

Best cooking book ever...not just a book of recipies but techniques, pictures, and guides to the entire world of cooking. If you are a fan of cooking, then this is the bookfor you.
