About the author (2013)

Hi and thank you for stopping by to read this short biography.

I spent most of my adult life sedentary and out of shape. This included a pack and a half (that I'll admit to) smoking habit that lasted well over 20 years - and a body that had about 40lbs of loose flab before the waving under arm flab really started to get to me.

One day I'd had enough and eventually put out the butt's permanently and got into darn good physical condition. I became certified as a personal trainer and trained as a nutritionist. I applied what I had learned to develop some pretty amazing fat loss and physical sculpting programs.

To prove this I competed (and won in my weight class) a provincial body building competition.

Now (at the time of this writing) at 51 there are a whole new set of body issues.

As I advance in age, just like the rest of you, things hurt, metabolism is slower, and even though the days are faster - everything takes longer.

My focus is to find ways to make fitness and weight loss more manageable as the years tic on by.

Through my company at The Inside Trainer Inc. we provide health and weight loss equipment and resources as well as writing books and programs released to the general public.

I do hope you enjoy the books you find here on Amazon.
