Teamwork

Today, teamwork among professionals is seen as an essential foundation for success in all types of organizations, including corporations, schools, hospitals, and social service agencies. Yet competition, distrust, territorialism, confusion, and stereo-typing hamper effective teamwork and cooperation. Teamwork is a valuable resource book for parents, graduate students, and practicing professionals participating in coordinated services, as well as for those responsible for their training. In developing this book, the editors solicited contributions from authors known nationally for their leadership in the development of teamwork models.
