LINDA K. FULLER is Professor of Communications at Worcester State College. She is responsible for more than 250 professional publications and conference reports and is author/editor of more than 20 books --- includingThe Cosby Show:Audiences, Impact, Implications (Greenwood 1992), Community Television in the United States:A Sourcebook on Public, Educational, and Governmental Access (Greenwood 1994), and Dictionary of Quotations in Communications (Greenwood 1997). She was a Fulbright Scholar Senior Fellow at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and was awarded a second Fulbright to do AIDS-related research in Senegal.
