Barry is brilliant. After one read through I had kicked my addiction to anxiety. With just a little practice I learned to love a little monster, what I feared was confronting and challenging and then I dared it and all of a sudden it became normal again. You can’t fight fear but if you love it and you can embrace it you will remember how exciting the feeling really is.
Thank you Barry.
Thank you Peter O’Keefe for the gift.
