Mr. Gaddam attended the Owner/President Management program (OPM 43) at Harvard Business School, and he earned an MBA degree from the Max M. Fisher College of Business. He was a Business First "Forty under 40" honoree and 2015 "Entrepreneurship and Innovation Award" recipient from Fisher College of Business.Srikanth serves as President and CEO of ERP Analysts, a company that provides Oracle, Business Intelligence and Big Data consulting services and delivers successful projects to mid-market and Fortune 500 firms. He helped the company expand from a two-person organization in 2003 to a 75 million-dollar company serving clients in 36 states and the Caribbean.Under his leadership, ERP Analysts, Inc. has been recognized by Inc. as one of the 5,000 fastest growing companies for seven consecutive years.
