Love is a great emotion that needs only your heart. Real love is eternal, and other love is temporary. Love never includes unworthy things; she is greater than those. Love from the heart is permanent. She always wants you to be with her ... Angela Herrick understands that everyone has different feelings and ways to express them. In her first collection of poetry, she shares poetic reflections that open the door to her own heart, her pain, and feelings as she journeys through love and heartache. Herricks poetry illuminates the power of love, the beauty of the world around us, the depths of loneliness, and the pain of a broken heart. While exploring the feelings related to the joy of loving and being loved by another, Herrick also reflects on the broken promises, insecurities, and hurt that can sometimes come with opening the heart and inviting others in. Through it all, Herricks poetry assures that none of us are alone in our journeys to find love. Emotions shares poetry that encourages others to learn, reflect, and never lose hope when it comes to love.
