About the author (2016)

Arpan Pal is principal scientist at Tata Consultancy Services and head of their Kolkata Innovation Lab. He received his Ph.D. in multimedia and communications from Aalborg University in Denmark, his M.Tech in telecommunications systems engineering and his B.Tech in electronics and electrical communications engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India.

Balamuralidhar Purushothaman is principal scientist at Tata Consultancy Services and head of their Bangalore Innovation Lab. He received his Ph.D. in cognitive wireless communications from Aalborg University, Denmark, his M.Tech in electrical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and his B.Tech in electrical engineering from Kerala University, India.
