This book clearly explains about puberty to girls who are worried or afraid about it.But what I am really scared of is getting my first period! Damn!

I love it I have the book and it is great but I recommend it for girls 10-13 or 14 because it talk about thing like period geting ,breasts & give you a diagram of a boys penis me and my read it.& talking about a penis is not a 8 or 9 year old thing & it talk about sex a little bit and tampon&pads, vagina & of all it's show you pictures of........penis, breast,vagina,and more but it's a good book
