Ode to the Ocean: A Conservation Poetry Book

Ode to the Ocean is a charmingly illustrated poetry collection that celebrates the beauty of our oceans and inspires hope and action for their protection. This 68-page, full-color edition features 43 poems from contributors in 16 countries-the culmination of a youth-led charity challenge that asked participants to pen an ocean poem or donate to marine conservation. Funds raised through the challenge and this publication support Reserva: The Youth Land Trust, a youth-led 501(c)3 nonprofit working to protect threatened species and habitats through conservation, education, and storytelling. Specifically, funds will support Reserva's collaboration with The Leatherback Project to identify and protect sea turtle migratory corridors in Panama's Pearl Islands.
