Although author given a name to his book true story where as what i have realise that it is very biased story written to hide in denial of atrocities committed by him and his command. 85% of the book covered the plan which was narrated by the way he wanted people to read and rest 15% are speculations which he had written in this book. He was very consistent about seditious and declaration of separate state with accusations and assumptions but he failed to establish any concrete evidence or coherent logic that this took place. Furthermore he lightly or negligibly touched the main reasons that lead to this situation and failed to document the demands which sikhs raised prior to this so called sort out military action. Moreover, he highly criticised Akali dal and of course baba jarnail Singh but very meagrely Delhi govt. as he claimed in the book about he only claimed to know about this in chand I mandhir a few weeks ago but accusations he levelled about Khalistan flag put up on 23 dec 1983 which was very much few months before how come he became aware of past year happenings in a sudden briefing to flush out militants.he has written this book in pick and choose to cover up of his deliberations he and his command did ? And now bit panic over unexpected attack at him in London.he has given lame examples like mecca and Italy whereas this was complete different scenario in this case neither anyone was hostages nor siege was there in the temple also neither it was like 2 world war . He completely ignored the injustices , false promises and savagely how 75% of state water take out by control of centre govt. where there was no need for that. No body ruling out politics played in that otherwise the situation would have been very different but sacred places are inviolable as said by pope of vatican. It was never in the best interests of india coz this attack created more holes and divisions now and then. If author realised the oath he taken that was to protect the integrity of this nation which is people not ruling govt.'s which he did to protect vested interests of ruling party. I did not find any convincing argument where he defended centre govt. and his actions. On the other side they fell to such a low filth by raging a military attack by deploying nearly around 150000 soldiers and heavy arsenals including tanks against their own people fighting with only local weapons and if one look at picture of Akal Takhat sahib one can imagine how much minimum force had been applied. Firing out sanctum sanctorum is more in question to morale than to worry about ground marble cuttings by bullets . In summary indira gandhi took out complete advantage of his gullibility , naive and superficial understanding of sikh faith and holiest shrine. Overall this was failed mission because he side-lined effective personalities like p s bhinder and gurdev singh who apprised him of actuality and reality that whenever govt. want we have assurity given by bhindrawale he will surrender . But instead they went into golden temple with biased ness and evilness in their mind followed by animosity on their lips . Ironically that in india those are under attack who actually from the empirical history events came out hardline patriotic and defender of that country . why this army never carried out hostile operation when we had this country sold out in bofor scam and indira gandhi debarred entry to Jagannath puri isn't it that compromised the safety and security of the nation ? , what we people can see is traitors of that nation had opportunistic protection but defenders have hostile attacks from their own public services whether it is army, police and admin. This country will never progress with brainwashed western -type generals and foundation of divide and rule that was very much laid on 1947 by erstwhile ruling class.
