I have read this book, borrowing from our office library, which has a repository of so many Cotton varieties, grown in India, and there is a chapter on' Dacca Muslin cloth manufacture'. This book has devoted mainly on cotton manufacture, in organized mill sector, and gives a host of information about the ingenious workmanship of Indian craftsmen, who are scattered around the country, mainly in villages. The Moghuls and the Aristocrats gave patronage to this Folk Arts.
