Amy Grubb is a founder and principal at Cloud Consulting Partners, Inc., a SuccessFactors consulting partner and full-service HCM consultancy focused on implementing cloud solutions. She has consulted in the HCM space for over 15 years, spending eight years in Deloitte's Human Capital Management practice. Amy has the unique background of implementing SuccessFactors for more than seven years while also implementing SAP ERP HCM during that same period. She holds three SuccessFactors consultant certifications in Align & Perform, Talent Sourcing, and Talent Management. She currently teaches the Recruiting Mastery course for SuccessFactors University, where she trains consultants to implement Recruiting Execution. She has implementation expertise in SuccessFactors, with a primary focus on Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll, though she has also completed the Performance & Goals mastery.
