MANGAL, Ph.D., formerly, Principal, Professor and Head of Department of Postgraduate Studies, C.R. College of Education, Rohtak, Haryana, has been a distinguished teacher, administrator, and researcher. He has devised certain educational and psychological tests like Teacher Adjustment Theory and Emotional Intelligence Theory. Professor Mangal has written many articles in international journals.
