About the author (2020)

Rorie left his Managing Director job in Investment Banking to launch a self serve property market startup a few weeks before the biggest stock market crash since the war.

When he ran out of money Rorie rejoined the world of paid employment as the CTO of a web design agency and since then has led more than twenty technology teams as both an interim and permanent technology leader/growth hacker.

Rorie is the only person to feature on the cover of CIO Magazine twice, has lead three of the fastest growing European startups ever and was awarded IT Leader of The Year by Computing magazine.

Rorie really enjoys working with clients as a Coach ¦ Mentor ¦ Interim and loves being part of the gro.team network of high impact interim consultants. Rorie also asserts that he invented (but never got the credit for) both Google Maps and fish finger sandwiches.
