As i hear the history of 'KHAVASH' cast is very ancient, The history about god 'PARSHURAM' made the earth NKCCHATRIYA (Non Kcchatrya) and he killed Kcchatriya ,The survivals of cast kcchtriya lives in Darbar area ,they are situated in K Vash (Separate raw of Houses). After this men women and childrens called "KHAVASH' ;They have to work for Darbar ,they all are sub cast of KCCHATRIYA ,they work faithfully and satisfactory,In other states they recognized with other titles, In one doha God Hanuman also called 'KHAVASHI' ;So may it could be right and The cast 'KHAVASH' might have get his honor,The surname of KHAVASH cast also belongs to several Darbar (States) .So if you try , you got something new.
