infect very good information about the Indian Himalayas,but jammu and Kashmir is not in your information trekkers trek in jammu Kashmir Himalayas ,it is unfortunate that this book has avoided the Himalaya valley the important part of Himalaya ,you can see the trekkers trekked in kashmir and their reviews .http://trekkashmir.com/
