Empowerment is a word easy to state and difficult to realise. Women can,t stand alone on road, then how the empowerment will come in true sense. In our patriarchal society its tough to ger women empowerment because men will talk about women empowerment in seminars, debates, conferences etc. but reality is so far away from this. We can go and see how they treat women when they get chance to dominant them. It can be possible when women realize that they are not things who will be decorated by jwellery, diamonds but should get respect first.
