Arya Rajan J. R. is an Assistant Professor of Law at Mar Gregorios College of Law, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, affiliated to the University of Kerala. She has extensive experience teaching a wide range of constitutional, criminal, and contemporary law subjects. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Law at the Central University of Kerala, with research focused on constitutional law, human rights, and issues relating to social justice. She actively contributes to legal scholarship through research, publications, and academic engagements. 

Sayantan Gayen is a legal professional with extensive experience in criminal and civil litigation. He completed his LL.M. from National Law University, Tamil Nadu; LL.B. (Hons.) from Sarsuna Law College and B.A. (Honours) in Sociology from Jadavpur University. In June 2025, he cleared the UGC‑NET exam. In his professional journey, he has successfully handled a wide spectrum of criminal cases. On the civil side, his expertise spans land disputes, family matters, succession cases, wills and partition deeds, land registration, and other property-related issues. His strong reputation stems from effective case strategy and consistently favourable outcomes.
