About the author

Sandeep Dogra is the founder of CADArtifex LLC and has over two decades of experience in the engineering & design industry. He has authored textbooks on various CAD/CAM/CAE software such as AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Autodesk Fusion 360, Creo Parametric, SOLIDWORKS, and SOLIDWORKS Simulation.  


He has worked in various capacities in design, production, teaching, and management functions prior to founding CADArtifex. He is a qualified Mechanical Engineer and has decades of hands-on experience with various CAD/CAM/CAE software as a designer, trainer, and consultant. He has been teaching various CAD software for more than 15 years and has worked as an industry consultant with many engineering companies on various designing & engineering projects.
