and directed to make his report, and procure the fame to be "filed in the report-office, for the making and filing of which report the mafter fhall receive from the fuitor the usual fees, "and anfwer the fee for filing of the report to the report-office; "and the transfer of fuch stock fhall be certified by the master "to the bank, in order that fuch ftock may be difcharged out "of the account of the mafter in his book there.

"And it is further ordered, That when any money belong"ing to the fuitors of this court, received by the bank, pursuant "to this or any other order for that purpose made, fhall be di"rected to be paid by order of this court, the clerk in court, or "folicitor in the faid caufe, do carry the faid order to the ma

And it is hereby ordered and directed, That all the mafters of this court do forthwith bring in, and leave with the register of this court, compleat accounts, home to the time of bringing in fuch accounts, of all monies, ftocks, bonds, tallies, mortgages, fecurities and other effects belonging to any of the fuitors of this court, in their refpective hands, cuftody or power, or ' for which they are respectively answerable, and not included in any of their accounts formerly delivered into the register's office; and that all the faid mafters do forthwith, by fchedule, • deliver over to the bank of England, all fums of money, bonds,' notes, orders, tallies, depofits, fecurities and other effects in any wife belonging to the fuitors of this court, in their respective hands, power or cuftody, or for which they are anfwerable, mortgages only excepted; and thall alfo fpecify in fuch fchedule the feveral annuities and ftocks which each of them respectively by himself, or jointly with others, hath in trust for any of the fuitors of this court; and that at the time of the de'livery of fuch money and other effects, fuch mafter fhall receive, from the bank, a certificate of the receipt thereof, and alfo of the faid fpecification of the faid annuities and ftocks, under the feal of the bank of England; and that fuch certificate be carried by each mafter to the report-office, and there filed; and that fuch fums of money, bonds, notes, annuities, stocks and other • fecurities and effects of the fuitors, fhall be entred causewife in books kept by each master in the report-office, and in the bank, except as to fuch mafters who are deficient in their balance of
