Overall, very accurate and should definitely by required reading for aspiring Physicians. GMO foods are certainly unhealthy as is most of the foods Western civilization forces us to eat. We have been poisoned by the U.S. government and the lies of media and big pharma. It is important to read the labels on food. Avoid being driven to an early grave by the continued horrors of Western "civilization". The church and U.S. government seek destroy you and you must keep healthy and protect yourself.

The reference to Dr. Richard Bernstein and his approval of oatmeal cannot be further from the truth. Dr. Brnstein is very adamant about oats and other grains being foods for diabetics to avoid. Too much quick increase in blood sugar. This was not researched adequately.

This makes a lot of sense now! Now i understand. I have blood sugar problems and I do know that potatoes raise your blood sugar but I would have never guessed Sweet Potatoes(because they are on the top ten heALthiest foods in the world) would raise your blood sugar. What a great article.

So many health books tell you what NOT to eat. This is why I find this book so refreshing... 150 foods I can feel good about eating! The photos are gorgeous too, and Dr. Jonny's writing style makes the scientific stuff fun and easy to understand.
