About the author (2012)

Jackie Warner is a major fitness personality in the US. She founded the Sky Sport and Spa gym in Beverly Hills and was the star of hit TV shows Work Out and Thintervention. Jackie has trained a number of celebrity clients including Julia Roberts, Alanis Morissette and Eve, and her gym has included celebrities such as Anne Hathaway and Sir Paul McCartney. She has a series of exercise DVDs, and her first book, This is Why You're Fat, was a US bestseller, selling over 100,000 hardcover copies.
