On the resignation of Mr. Justice KEATING Mr. Justice ARCHIBALD was in February, 1875, transferred to the Common Pleas, to fill the vacancy.

transferred to the Court of Exchequer to fill the vacancy occasioned by the death of Sir GILLERY PIGOT: 10 Law Jour., 303.
