The Editor, not being able to procure the public papers on this head in me, has stated the supplies as collected by himself from the mass of papers in the Votes of the house of commons. The Ways and Means he has deferred until the end of this volume, or the yolume for the next year, as it was found impossible to collect them in the same manner. The new taxes will be found in the following table of acts.
