The author of this book apparently 1. Has never read all the Kenneth Anderson books 2. Is a north Indian with a prejudice towards Kenneth Anderson 3. Has forgotten that Kenneth Anderson was born and brought up in a city, and in a forest as Jim Corbett 4. doesn't understand that hunting Licenses were given for hunting and not for doing social work in the forest. 5. forgot to give comments about the books, the author goes on criticizing Kenneth Anderson personally. Jim corbett was involved with the forest and the government directly and indirectly hence he was not in a circumstance to reject the request of the people or the government to go hunting. whereas Kenneth Anderson was neither a forest dweller nor in forest department. He loved the jungle of his own and spent his last days (fighting cancer)in the forest he loved. He did not desert India and run away to any other country once India got Independence.
