This book gives insight to many important politician issues in indian politics as well as comments madhe by them by Mr guha are most important and far reaching . This books can explain many things and events in india and contemporary world which shaped political discourse of present and may impact significantly on future .

Quite comprehensive. Very good read

This book is superb, never have i been as engrossed reading, never mind the fact that the book is about the history of country, which would put me to sleep. This book is masterfully written, with meticulous research and quotation. The sheer amount of information is awesome.
