Large areas of land are held with these Industrial houses in the heart of District capital of MANGALURU along the Banks of Nethravati & Gurupura( Phalguni). The British Government in rule has granted large areas of land for Industrial purposes. Now due to change in residential/ commercial / Industrial buildings using RCC/ PCC, these industries are facing closure.
