THIS Society shall consist of a President, Vice-Presidents, a Treasurer, and all the Governors. II. A subscription of One Guinea per annum shall constitute the Subscriber a Governor during the continuance of his subscription. III. A donation of Ten Guineas or upwards, at one time, or within the year, shall constitute the donor a Governor for life; and all contributions, however small, will be gratefully accepted. IV. An annual General Meeting shall be held on the Monday before the first Wednesday in May, at which Meeting, seven Governors shall constitute a Board. ས་ The President, Vice-Presidents, or Treasurer, or any seven of the Committee, shall have power to call a General Meeting, giving one week's notice in the public papers.
