N.B.-Gentlemen who may receive duplicate copies of this Catalogue, will confer a favor by returning them to the Auctioneers.

In preparing the following Catalogue it was designed to secure a proper classification and arrangement, but the numbering of the lots for the purposes of the Sale having been completed, and portions printed, before a final revision could be made, the object has been only partially attained. It is hoped that the Contents and List of Authors which have been prefixed, in conjunction with the style or typography, will render the imperfections of little account.
