Fames's for Hanover. About Noon His Majefty went on board the Carolina Yacht at Greenwich, there being then very little Wind and that contrary. The Yachts fell down, with the Tides, to Gravefend; and the next Day in the Afternoon, the Wind changing, His Majefty failed from thence with a favourable Gale for Holland. That Night they got to the Nore; where Sir John Norris lay with the Squadron appointed to attend His Majefty. On Saturday Morning at Break of Day, they weighed, and with a fair Wind put to Sea; but in a little time the Wind came Eafterly, fo that they were o bliged to work their Paffage against it, but without Storm or hard Weather, till Sunday Noon, when they defcried Land. That Afternoon the Wind being at S. E. they had Thunder and Lightning, Rain and Squawls of Wind. Towards Night a fair South West Wind fprung up, but it was judg ed proper to lye by and drive till Break of Day. On Monday the 7th, between Five and Six in the Morning, His Majefty failed over the Hinder up the Maefe, with a fresh Gale at South Weft. Captain Herdman, Com mander of His Majesty's Ship the Rofe, was then fent away by Admiral Norris, with the News of His Majefty's fafe Arrival in Holland.

That Morning, about Ten, His Majesty arrived at 's Gravendael, and proceeding from thence in the States Yacht, came in the Evening to Vaart. From thence His Majefty fet out the next morning for Dela den, and on the 12th at Night arrived at Ofnabrug. His Majefty ftaid there the 13th with His Royal Highness, the Duke of York; and on the 14th at Night, His Ma jefty arrived at his Palace at Herenhausen, near Hanover, in perfe & Health.
