NOTE.-The changes which took place in the Judges and Law Officers since those noticed ante vol. 8, were the following:-In Michelmas 1847, the Hon. Mr. Justice BURTON, Second Judge of the Queen's Bench, died, and the Right Hon. RICHARD MOORE, her Majesty's Attorney-General, was appointed a Justice of the Queen's Bench. The Right Hon. JAMES HENRY MONAHAN, her Majesty's Solicitor-General, was appointed Attorney-General; and JOHN HATCHELL, Esq., Q.C., was appointed Solicitor-General.
