Now all thanx to Rujuta that we can now add some common sense to what we eat and not get fooled by those advertisements which promise us a fab body without doing anything. This book speaks sense and gives a scientific explanation to all the questions we always had about food, diet and exercise. A boon to people who have resorted to each and every measure but are still unable to lose weight. My eating habits have changed a lot and of course the weight and waistline but i guess that is not the criteria any more. I'm much more happy, confident and energetic and very positive. I would definitely suggest you to read the book once and then decide whether you wish to follow it or not. And I'm very sure you would.

People of the older Indian generation will quickly gather that Rujuta has proposed the traditional Indian ways of eating- not 'dieting'. If you stick to what our moms in the 60's used tell us- the do's and don'ts of eating, you get what kareena kapoor got. Very intelligently written book,with clear concepts of 'right eating' and not dieting. Very scientific too. Sure, the Indian tradions in the depths have been very scientific unless distorted. Those who want a serious change in their thinking about food and start a whole new system of eating right, must ponder over each chapter. All other 'diets; go down the drain. True, 'kobras' ARE an intelligence apart!

I assume this is the first and only book revealing diet concepts as per Indian eating habits. Very well explained and easy to understand.

It was a wonderful exp reading this book.. Which talks sense.. We use to follow blindely watever our parents taught us about eating habits and was following then without concreate reason. I have come to know those facts from this book. Now i feel much better and happy after applying these facts. I have reduced my Fat and now look much Younger. Even my collegues give compliments to me..

Great book! Very simple language and every single todo is explained with the help of a scientific researched and logical explanation. I have liked this and trying to implement - logically it must work and will not mind even if doesn't - since I know this diet is good for overall well being.
