Sharma, D. K. D.K. Sharma (MBBS, MHA) is Medical Superintendent of All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. He has more than 20 years of experience in hospital administration. Dr. Sharma is Fellow/Life member of several professional and scientific associations including International Medical Sciences Academy (IMSA), Academy of Hospital Administration, Indian Hospital Association, Indian Society of Health Administrators, and Indian Medical Association. He has published more than 30 articles in reputed national and international journals and authored/edited four books and three manuals in the field of health services and hospital administration. Goyal, R. C. R.C. Goyal (PhD, Hospital Personnel Administration) served with distinction as Head, Personnel Department, Holy Family Hospital, New Delhi, and is now associated with the hospital in ISO9001: 2000, NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Health Care), training, legal matters and in general and medical administration. He has published several articles in reputed national journals, including the Indian Hospital Association, Journal of the Academy of Hospital Administration, Consumer Protection Journal, and Management Review.
