President in the Chair. Thirty-three members present. B. M. Hartshorne was elected a life member. W. W. McFarland, Wm. Bailey, George S. Allardt, A. F. Sawyer, M.D., and Isaac Rowell, M.D., were elected resident members. W. C. S. Belcher and W. Christie, corresponding members. The President delivered an address exhibiting the history and progress of the Academy. The Treasurer and the Curators of Botany and Conchology presented reports which were accepted. The new Constitution was then read, section by section, and various amendments adopted. It was then adopted as a whole. ADJOURNED MEETING, JANUARY 13th, 1868. President in the Chair.
