That the Registrary send to the various Prælectors a in the Easter notice of the hours at which he will receive the candidates from the several Colleges on the day preceding each day of General Admission in the Easter Term, and that the candidates be brought to the Senate-House or other appointed Signatures. place by the Prælectors and sign their names there as at Matriculation.

That on the day of General Admission in the Easter Term for candidates proceeding to their degree by an Honours Tripos there be two Congregations one in the forenoon at Candidates. eleven o'clock and the other in the afternoon at two o'clock or such other hours as may be convenient; that at the Congregation in the forenoon the Wranglers and those whose names appear in the First Class of any Tripos be admitted in the accustomed manner and no others; and that at the Congregation in the afternoon the Senior Optimes Junior Optimes and those whose names appear in the Second or Third Class of any Tripos or who are allowed an ægrotat degree in Honours be admitted in the accustomed manner and no others.

That the second day of the Easter Term be the day for the inauguration of Bachelors of Arts and Law in the year 1883 that there be two inaugurations of Bachelors of Arts and Law in the year 1884, the first on the second day of the Easter Term, the other on the last day of the Michaelmas Term: and that the day for the inauguration of Bachelors of Arts and Law in subsequent years be the last day (or if that day be Sunday, the last day but one) of the Michaelmas Term.

That the Tuesday immediately preceding the last day of the Easter Term be appointed as the day for the creation of Masters and Doctors in the various faculties.

36. That, at the creation of Doctors of Law in every year, the names be arranged in order of seniority according to the seniority of the Doctors Designate as Masters of Law.

Persons, who have been Masters of Arts or Bachelors of Law, admitted to the title of Doctors Designate of Law by virtue of rights reserved by the new statutes, to be arranged after those who have been Masters of Law, and according to their seniority as Masters of Arts or Bachelors of Law respectively.
