One page, consisting of 18 Lines of Thackeray's Original Autograph Manuscript of Pendennis, written in his neat characteristic hand, and forming portion of Chapter 24, but differing considerably from the printed version.

Also a very beautiful Original Drawing in light wash, being his finished Drawing for the Illustration," The Dean's Garden." The size of the Drawing is 5 inches by 4 inches.

Both the Manuscript and the Drawing are placed in sunk mounts and bound together in a 4to volume by Riviere in full crushed crimson morocco extra, g. e.

The Manuscript commences :—
