XVI Cent. £15 155 This is the original unpublished Manuscript by Nicolas Robinson, afterwards Bishop of Bangor, containing a full account of all that occurred at Cambridge on the occasion of the visit of Queen Elizabeth to the University in 1564. Robinson was a fellow o Queen's College, Cambridge, at this time. In 1566 he became Dean of Bangor, Arch deacon of Merioneth in 1562, and was made Bishop of Bangor in 1566. Nichols author of the Progresses," etc., of Q. Elizabeth, does not appear to have seen the interesting MS. The volume also includes: " Of the Actes done at Oxford when the Queenes Matie were there so collected and noted by Nicholas Robinson at Oxford, now being B. of Bangor," in 1566.
