I have been brewing Kombucha, for a very long time now. I was first introduced to the amazing benefits back in Australia. I now live in The UK and have many friends now brewing their own tea. It's catching on like wildfire. People are looking for ways to firstly get well then stay well. Kombucha is part of my wellness programme .. I drink somewhere between 750ml -to a litre a day.. I love what it does for me .... And so does all of my friends... I love how you can control the taste ... Green tea, Elderflower tea, it's amazing ....for anyone wanting to get started I recommend you, treat the Kombucha well and with love and the healthful tea she will produce will ultimately add to your health and longevity ....
Stay well
