Maik Mark and Number which was placed and fet upon each and every Hogfhead, Cafk, Cheft, or other Package thereof, when other Great Ber tain, together with the exact Weight that each and every Hogfhead, Cafk, Cheft, or other Package, with the Tobacco therein contained, was of, at the Time of its being landed in Great Britain; and alfo the particular Mark and Number fet upon each Hogfhead, Cafk, Cheft, or other Package thereof, by the Exporter or Exporters thereof, at the Time the fame fhall be brought to the Water Side to be shipped for Exportation, together with the then Weight which each parti cular Hogshead, Cafk, Cheft,, or other Package, and the Tobacco therein contained, fhall be of, at the Time it is fo entered for Exportation, and the Searcher fhall not admit any Cocquet unless marked as aforefaid; and all and every Ex- and to write off porter and Exporters of Tobacco fhall the Weight of alfo, from and after the faid Twenty head, &c. exeach Hogfninth Day of September, One thousand ported by him, feven hundred and fifty one, write off, from the Enand they are hereby required and direct-try made at the ed to write off, the Weight of each Importation, Hog(head, Cafk, Cheft, or other Package of unmanufactured Tobacco, by him, her, or them exported, from any Port of Great Britain, to any Part or Parts beyond the Seas, from the identical and particular Entry made of each and every fuch Hoghead, Cheft, or other Package of fuch unmanufactured Tobacco, at the Time when it was first imported into Great Britain; and if any Perfon or Perfons whatsoever, who after the faid Twenty ninth Day of September, One thoufand leven hundred and fifty one, fhall enter Outwards for Exportation to any Part or Parts beyond the Seas, from any Port or Place in Great Britain, any unmanufactured Tobacco, fhall neglect or refuse to endorfe upon the Cocquet and Bill for the faid Tobacco delivered to the Searchers, in a fair, diftinct, and legible Manner, all, and each, and every of the feveral and respective Marks, Numbers, and Weights herein before mentioned and defcribed, and in the Manner and Form the fame is hereby required and di: ected to be done, or who fhall neglect or refuse to write off the Weight of each Hogfhead, Cafk, Chest, or other Package of unmanufactured Tobacco, by him, her, or them exported, from the identical Entry made thereof, at the Time when the fame was firft imported into Great Britain, agreeable to the Directions herein before given for that Purpose; all, and each, and every fuch Perfon and Perfons offending in each under Penalty or either of thefe Cafes, fhall forfeit and of 5 1. for every lose the Sum of Five Pounds for every Hogfhead for cach Offence, Hogfhead, Cafk, Cheft, or other Package of fuch unmanufactured Tobacco, for each and every fuch Offence or Of fences, to be fued for, recovered, levied, and divided, in the Manner herein after directed; any Law, Statute, or Ufage to the contrary in any wife notand no Draw-withstanding; and no Drawback or Debenture for or on Account of the Exportation thereof, fhall be made out, giantéd, or paid. back or Deben ture to be granted, VI.
