In pursuance of an Order of the House of Peers of the nineteenth day of February 1841, I do appoint WILLIAM BRODIE GURNEY, JOSEPH GURNEY, and THOMAS GURNEY to print and publish the whole proceedings in the House of Peers upon the Indictment against James Thomas Earl of Cardigan for Felony.
