Thorp In order to provide for the granting of those Special Certificates of Proficiency in Vaccination, which, under the Regulations of the Privy Council, are required to be part of the Medical Qualifcation for entering into contracts for the performance of Public Vaccination, or for acting as Deputy to a Contractor, the following arrangements are made: 1. The Vaccinating-Stations, enumerated in the subjoined list, are open, under conditions appointed by the Privy Council, for the purposes of Teaching and Examination; 2. The Public Vaccinators officiating at these Stations are authorized by the Privy Council to give the required Certificates of Proficiency in Vaccination to persons whom they have sufficiently instructed therein; and 3.
