Jefus faid unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy foul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great P. 107. commandment.
And the fecond is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy.. neighbour as thyself.
And above all these things, put on charity,
which is P. 144.
The facrifices of God are a broken Spirit; a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not defpifc.
