Item, I Gyve and bequeath unto my faied Daughter Judith One hundred and Fyftie Poundes more, if shee, or Anie iffue of her bodie, be Lyvinge att thend of three yeares next enfueing the Daie of the Date of this my Will, during which tyme my executours to paie her confideracion from

my deceas according to the Rate aforefaied; And if she dye within the faied tearme without iffue of her bodye, then my will ys, and I Doe gyve and bequeath One Hundred Poundes thereof to my Neece Elizabeth Hall,1 and the Fiftie Poundes to be fett fourth by my executours during the lief of my Sifter Johane Harte, and the use and proffitt thereof Cominge, fhalbe payed to my faied Sifter Jone, and after her deceas, the said l1i. shall Remaine Amongst the children of my faied Sifter Equallie to be Devided Amongst them; But if my faied Daughter Judith be lyving att thend of the faied three Yeares, or anie yffue of her bodye, then my will ys, and foe I Devife and bequeath the faied Hundred and Fyftie Poundes to be fett out by my executors and overfeers for the best benefitt of her and

her iffue, and the ftock not to be paied unto her foe long as the fhalbe marryed and Covert Baron; but my will ys, that she shall have the confideracion yearelie paied unto her during her lief, and after her deceas, the faied ftock and confideracion to bee paied to her children, if fhe have Anie, and if not, to her executours or affignes, the lyving the faied terme after my deceas: Provided that yf fuch hufbond as fhe fhall att thend of the faied three yeares be marryed unto, or at anie [tyme] after, doe fufficientlie Affure unto her, and thiffue of her bodie landes Awnfwereable to the porcion by this my will gyven unto her, and to be adjudged foe by my executours and overseers, then my will ys, that the faid Cli. shalbe paied to fuch husbond as shall make fuch affurance, to his own ufe. Item, I gyve and bequeath unto my faied fifter Jone xxli, and all my

wearing Apparrell, to be paied and delivered within one yeare after my Deceas; And I doe will and devife unto her the houfe with thappurtenaunces in Stratford, wherein the dwelleth, for her natural lief, under the yearlie rent of xijd.1

Item, I gyve and bequeath unto her three fonnes, William Harte, [Thomas] Hart, and Michaele Harte, Fyve Poundes Apeece, to be paied within one Yeare after my decease.3
