3274 Missale Ecclesiæ Romanæ-A very beautiful Flemish Manuscript of the 15th Century, upon vellum. It contains Twenty-one large Miniatures of great Beauty, and delicacy of finish, each consisting of two or more Figures, surrounded by a Border of the richest composition, 8vo. bound in crimson velvet, richly emblazoned in gold, and a blue morocco case, 701.

· 3275 Missale ad usum Ecclesiæ Portugallensis-A most splendid MS. on vellum, executed in 1557, for Jolm the Fourth, King of Portugal, and Catherine his Queen. It contains above a Thousand various Illuminations, of the greatest richness and brilliancy; each page is surrounded with a double of Gold and other Ornaments, folio, bound in red morocco, with silver clasps, 45l.

3276 Officium Beatæ Mariæ Virginis secundum Consuetudinem Romanæ Curiæ, cum Calendario-A most splendid MS. of the beginning of the 16th Century, upon vellum. It contains Twelve Miniatures with Groups of Figures, &c. on the Borders, of a very brilliant and elaborate execution. The Capital Letters are also richly illuininated with Figures, &c. and the Signs of the Zodiac are painted to each Month of the Calendar, 8vo. bound in purple morocco, richly emblazoned with Gold, and a red morocco case, 60l.

3277 Officium B. M. Virginis, secundum Consuetudinem Romanæ Curia-A beautiful MS. of the 15th Century, upon vellum, with illuminated Capitals and Borders of Flowers. It contains Ten Miniatures very splendidly executed, which are said to have been painted by Girolamo, the son of Francesco dai Libri, 8vo. bound in crimson satin, with richly embossed corners of silver gilt; the centre plates and clasps consist of beautiful specimens of NIELLO, mounted in frame-work of embossed Silver gilt, 421.
