A description of this celebrated little volume is preserved in Walpole's Miscellaneous Antiquities, printed at Strawberry Hill, 1772, 4to. No. 2, page 13, &c. It is said to have been given by Queen Anne Boleyn, when on the Scaffold, to her attendant, Mistress Anne Wyat, and was preserved in the Family to its last Possessor, Mr. George Wyat, of CharterHouse Square, in whose possession it was seen by Vertue, who gave the account to Horace Walpole.
