KING'S BENCH (or other Court of which the submission is to be (The Deponent) of, &c., gentleman, maketh oath and saith that he (Witness). DEPOSITION. Execution (submission). (1) Before an award can be enforced by attachment under stat. 9 and 10 Rule of Court. Wm. 3. c. 15. the submission must be made a rule of one of the Courts at Westminster, for which purpose an affidavit of the due execution of the instrument of submission must be made by one of the witnesses.
