Seven sail of Turkish men-of-war off the Lands End, have forced him to put into Plymouth, to wait for a Convoy. They had captured 13 Dutch ships, but no English. The value of his freight £10,000.

Long voyage. 'Ordered to take all ships belonging to the Grand Mogoll.' Chased four, but took only one; which he was ordered to deliver up in Persia. Complains of the treatment he has met with in England.
