The first half of this laborious and useful work consists of an alphabetical Latin Dictionary of Natural History, with the corresponding names in the languages above-mentioned, and occasionally in the Russian, Polish, Bohemian, Hungarian, Japanese, Cochinchinese, Hebrew, and many others, amounting in some instances to thirty languages.
